ROOM RATES
Are based on double occupancy. Accommodating more than
two adults per room may be possible by advance arrangement. The rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes (currently 9.8%) but are inclusive of all services and amenities.
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
Are highly advised. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, and may be secured on the telephone by credit card. Personal checks are also accepted in payment of deposits if received within one week of booking the reservations.
DEPOSITS
Due to the inn's limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 10 days (30 days for holidays and special events) in advance of your arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. If we are able to rebook the reserved room for those dates, the deposit will be returned, less a $15 rebooking charge. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Holidays, special events, or multiple room bookings require a 30 day cancellation notice and prepayment of the entire reservation.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
Check-in is not before 3 pm and not after 6 p.m. unless advance arrangements
have been made with the innkeeper.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late departures will be charged for an additional day.
