Our room rates range from $100.00 to $215.00, depending on the room and season.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. We have a two-night minimum stay.
Additional persons in a room are $20 per person (Garden Cottage only)
MasterCard, VISA, personal or Travelers checks are accepted.

Cancellations with a refund are possible up to 30 days before arrival,
less a $75 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit, unless the entire confirmed stay is re-booked.
Within 30 days of arrival, guests are financially responsible for their entire confirmed stay and will be charged for nights reserved but not used.

Check-in time is 4-6 p.m.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.
With advance notification, special arrangements can be made for early or late arrivals or departure.
