The Vermont Room:
Our first-floor, the Vermont Room has a queen-size bed, private bath, and boasts hardwood floors, east-facing bay windows, and a romantic working fireplace. (ADA accessible) Room Rate: $165. a night.
The Connecticut Room:
This is New England House’s only room with a bathtub in its private bath; is outfitted with a queen-sized and twin bed, an oversized closet, and a table and two chairs for working or snacking. Room Rate: $175. a night.
The Rhode Island Room:
With an east-facing view of Proctor's Carr Field the Rhode Island Room has a queen-size bed and is bright and warm in the morning as you watch the sunrise over the distant mountains. Room Rate: $155. a night.
The Massachusetts Room:
This large second floor room has a queen-size bed and a pull-out (single) loveseat, as well as a small south-facing windowseat. Its view looks eastward toward Proctor’s Carr Field and Andover’s quaint downtown Main Street. Room Rate: $165. a night.
The New Hampshire Room:
On the second floor, this bright room has a beautiful southwest view of the area's highest peak: Mt. Kearsarge, a queen-sized bed and a separate sitting room with a large window seat and a table and chairs to enjoy a private breakfast basket. Room rate: $165. a night.
The Maine Suite:
The Maine Suite has all the comforts of home, a fully equipped kitchenette, table and chairs for two or four, an antique full-sized sleighbed and foldaway queen-sized sofabed, private bath, and private entrance, and is perfect for familes, two couples desiring to stay together, or those who simply enjoy a bit more space in a private setting. Suite rate: $195. a night. (We also offer the Maine Suite by the week (7 days $875) or month (4 weeks $2,500). Please call for availability.
