Experience a Touch of Alaska while Tucked Away in a Secluded location. The Mangy Moose is nestled in a spruce and birch forest on one and a quarter acres. A beautifully landscaped front yard welcomes travelers to their own entrance into the Bed and Breakfast.

Guests can relax in their own living room area with T.V, VCR, and a variety of Alaskan videos to enjoy. A coffee bar is available at all times which includes a well stocked mini fridge, microwave, hot water tap, and a nice selection of teas, cocoas and coffee. The spacious, flower filled back deck is a great place to sip morning coffee or visit with other guests. You will find comfy, cotton robes in your room.

The Mangy Moose offers:

3 rooms, each with a unique Alaskan flair. Blue knotty pine adds a warm and cozy feel throughout the B and B. All rooms have private baths, queen beds and in-room phones. Accomodations for a third person are available for $20 extra per night. Rates May thru Sept. $119. per room per night (no tax) Rates slightly lower in the winter months.

In the summer months we serve a full Alaskan breakfast. Reindeer sausage and croissant french toast are among our specialties. Early risers can grab our "Breakfast To Go". In the winter months we serve a hearty continental breakfast.
