Time for a short work break and we headed out this morning into Redwood country. Our stop for the next few days is at Benbow Valley RV Resort. The resort offers instant phone hookups (even though AOL unfortunately does not offer a local dialup here!). The park is located between the Eel River and Hwy 101 on one side and their golf course and the mountains on the other side. They even have a special fenced in dog area complete with a "country" section and a "city" section.....so none of our friends will get homesick!

Lexxus likes it here so much, she has been rolling in the grass and was just about to howl as Mike took this shot:

The Benbow Inn, next door to the Campground, will open on Friday, April 7, 2000 for the season!
